To Make an ICBC Claim
Phone ICBC at their Dial-a-Claim number: 604-520-8222 (24hrs)
Make sure you have your registration and driver's license ready
An ICBC adjuster will give you a claim number and either, a) make an appointment to come to ICBC for an estimate or b) if you qualify, give you an ICBC Valet Express claim.
a) after your ICBC appointment, come by with the claim to book an appointment or fax the ICBC estimate and we can book over the phone
b) if you only have the ICBC Valet claim number, call us to book an appointment to do the estimate and at that appointment, give you a date to do the repair.
